Availability

Please check the availability pages for the specific rate for your chosen dates. Short breaks are available outside of July and August (check availability for exact dates). A short break can be a 3-night weekend (Fri to Sun or Sat to Mon) or a 4 night mid week stay (Mon to Thurs or Tues to Fri).

We are also marketing the property with Lyme Bay Holidays price code M. Please refer to their rates page for the current prices.

Cancellations

A cancellation charge of £50 is payable up to 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations made 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur an additional charge of 50% of the rental price. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival will incur an additional charge of 80% of the rental price.
